 Post subject: Turn Signal stalk question (PICS)

The Car: 97' 2.0 Jetta

The Problem: Broken Red wire going into turn signal/high beam stalk

The Symptoms: None. I have not noticed anything not working or improperly working.

Any help on identifing what this wire is for would be great. Looks like ill have to swap it out for another turn stalk

do you have cruise or an MFA?

Wires going into the stalks are either for cruise buttons or buttons for MFA controls.

Neither Cruise or MFA. that might be the answer to my question then.... Because everything works
