Ok so in this Corrado I just bought are euro headlights. My question is this. In your average rado the bulbs for the low and I believe high beams are 9004. But in mine the lows are H4 and it looks like the highs are H1. Is this because of the euro headlights? Its the only thing I can think of explaining it. and on a side note whoever did the install did it very nice and very clean. Wires are all together and loomed and the relays are in their own box. Someone enlighten me.

Yeah. E codes use H4 headlight bulbs and they have fog lights in place of the normal 1156's found in the U.S. lights.

They are the highs and lows. The H4 bulb is the same as the stock headlights 9004 as in it has high and low. I'm assuming there is something wrong with your wiring if your not getting highs from your main headlight chamber when you hit the high beams. The H1 is a driving light that should be on with your high beams. If wired up to european spec.

Ok sorry I guess I wasnt clear! Yes the h4 is a high/low bulb. I saw that when I took them out its got two fillaments I know it comes on when my highs come on. I was calling the H1 the high beam since it comes on when you hit the highs and they seem insanely bright. Sorry my bad for misnaming bulbs. Everything works as it should.

Yes, they have the H4 bulbs instead of the 9004 bulbs because they are e-codes.
